Chef Merker is an American chef who specializes in international cuisines. A graduate of the Johnson and Wales University, Chef Merker, only 26, has already worked with Iron Chef Michael Symon (Lola in Cleveland), Jimmy Sneed (Tristan in Charleston), Gunther Seeger (Seeger’s in Atlanta), and Chef Isidori at DJT in Las Vegas and Harbour in NYC.

Before joining Southfork, Chef Merker was the manager at Mile End, in Brooklyn, named Best Deli 2010 by New York Magazine.
